Two Aspens

Two Aspens was commissioned by a couple in Englewood, CO. The two aspen trees represent them, the four branches represent their four children, and seven gold aspen leaves represent their seven grandchildren. The husband enjoys fly fishing, so a rainbow trout is seen in the lower right. Blue jays visit their home, and one is seen flying between the trees. The flowers are columbines, (the Colorado state flower), and Indian paint brush.
